OG AI Sidebar is operated by IDE HOST (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we keep our refund policy simple and unconditional: a 30-day refund on everything you buy from us.

30-Day Refund

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to both credit purchases and subscription payments. You do not need to provide a reason, and no qualifying conditions apply.

Once 30 days have passed since a transaction, that transaction falls outside this 30-day window. Any refund rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law are unaffected and continue to apply.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You may request a full refund of any subscription payment within 30 days of that charge. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, you are not charged again, and your account then reverts to the free tier.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. Once a refund is approved it is processed promptly; your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect it in your account.
